In 2021, when we were still shrouded in anxiety under the epidemic, 2022 is coming in a blink of an eye. The lunar New Year is the year of the “tiger”. In folk stories, the tiger has many symbols and meanings, in its appearance expresses power, strength, and authority. The eastern mythical beasts of the four directions also represent the possession of a white tiger with divinity, wisdom, and virtue. And in Taiwan’s religion, there is a god of tigers, furthermore, it is also described as “a hundred beasts”. It has the strength of being able to hold a sharp edge and devour ghosts”, which means that it has the ability to exorcise evil spirits and bless.
Therefore, under the meaning of getting rid of the old and bringing the new, and praying for the improvement of the world’s epidemic situation. In order to reduce the seriousness and world-weariness of social tension and anxiety, using the meanings of religious colors, the color red to drive away evil, and the color yellow to bring good luck created an adorable image of a naughty tiger, through the playing hide-and-seek game to bring relaxation, warmth, and happiness to people.
Hope that in the new year, we can still keep our hearts under the gloom of the epidemic and stick our heads out to talk or interact with society.
